I am a little late on the peplum trend but I think it is because I am not sure how I feel about it. At first I was loving it and then I saw it everywhere and it just became overwhelming. Now I kinda like it. I do love my newish snake skin shoes. They are newish because I bought them some time ago but just now discovered that I actually had them. That is what happens when you have a shopping addiction. You buy stuff, put it in your closet and forget about it. That is something that I definitely want to work on this year.  My goal is a neater and nicely curated closet. Let's see how that works out.
